  • Are our products HALAL certified?
    No, all our products are not halal certified. However, our ingredients do not contain any PORK or Lard.
  • Are our products gluten-free & dairy-free?
    No, Our products contains gluten, eggs and dairy products.
  • Storage & Consumption
    - If stored in the freezer, it can be kept up to two months. If stored in the chiller, please consume within one week. - Can be consumed when removed from freezer (texture similar to ice cream!) - Ideally, it should be thawed at room temperature for 30 minutes and consumed immediately. Please do not freeze again once the kueh lapis has been thawed.
  • What are the payment options?
    You may choose to make payment via PayNow or PayLah to UEN: T23LL0959B ( Find Fun Food LLP ). Bank transfer to DBS - Account Number: 072-106389-1 (SGD) You can also make payment through our website using your Debit/Credit card through Stripe.
  • How much do you charge for delivery?
    For every order, there is a flat SGD$5.00 fee for Standard delivery, with a delivery time of 3 to 5 days. Additionally, an SGD$12.00 flat fee is applicable for Express delivery on every order, with a delivery time of 2 to 3 days. Free delivery is also offered for orders exceeding SGD$90.00 in a single transaction.
  • Do you offer self-collection?
    All orders are delivered by courier. You may opt for arrangement of self-collection via (+65) 94511858 or (+65) 84992339 on Whatsapp or Telegram. Please kindly note that arrangement should be made with us in advance prior to self-collection.
  • Do you deliver to all parts of Singapore?
    We deliver to all locations except Jurong Island, Sentosa, Tekong Island, Pulau Ubin, restricted airlines and cargo areas ( such as airport cargo complexes, and airline roads ) and locations that are not on mainland Singapore.
  • What are the steps to order?
    1) Select the desired item and quantity. 2) Order and check out via PayNow & Paylah to T23LL0959B ( Find Fun Food LLP ) Bank transfer to Singapore DBS - Account Number: 072-106389-1 ( Singapore ) or Debit/Credit card payment through Stripe on our website. 3) Some items have limited quantity (while stocks last) 4) For amendments, please kindly email us and we will do our best to help you. 5) For add-on orders, please resubmit a new order and PM admin to waive off delivery) 6) Enjoy FREE delivery for orders above SGD$90.00 7) SGD$12 delivery fee applies for each location for orders below SGD$90. 8) Delivery Dates: Sunday to Tuesday. We deliver every Sunday to Tuesday however not on Wednesday, Saturdays, Public Holidays Eve. 9) Delivery time slots: 11:00 am to 08:00pm. 10) Order Cut-off time on every Tuesday 23:59
  • Do you ship internationally?
    We currently do not offer international shipping at the moment.
  • If I am not available at home for the delivery, can you leave it at the doorstep?
    - Our delivery agent will try to contact you for further instructions if you are not available to receive the order personally. - We encourage that you ensure someone is available to collect the order on your behalf. - We are not liable for any misplaced orders in the event we need to leave your order at your doorstep or concierge if you are not contactable. - Please note to keep the product chilled in the fridge or freezer once received.
  • How can I track my order?
    For Standard Delivery and Express Services an email will be sent to you after items have been packed.
  • How are my orders delivered?
    All orders are vacuumed sealed and delivered from Sunday to Tuesday between 11am – 8pm.
  • Can I cancel or change my order?
    We're pretty quick at picking and packing your order, therefore we're not able to change or cancel your order once your purchase has been confirmed.
